Standard Shift & Shift Differentials: (Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance)

Night Shifts

  • 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am

Night Shift Differentials

  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
  • After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
  • After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential

Position Description:

  • Oversee daily shop activities, prioritize, and assign work to meet production goals.
  • Lead by example, upholding the highest level of integrity in all interactions and tasks.
  • Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of efficiency and quality.
  • Investigate and resolve issues promptly, maintaining clear communication.
  • Support new team members, providing consistent feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and update tracking software and review timeclock reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and review scheduling software to make sure projects are being completed on time and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Required
  • A team mindset with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Required
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Required
  • Extensive experience with CNC machining processes and equipment. Preferred
