Standard Shift & Shift Differentials: (Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance)


Shifts

  • 1st Shift = Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
  • 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
  • 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 7pm-5:30am

Night Shift Differentials

  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
  • After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
  • After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential

Position Description:

  • Perform mechanical inspections on finished and in-process parts using hand tools.
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) at the machine and document findings.
  • Assist with laser tracker and CMM inspections as needed.
  • Interpret engineering prints and apply GD&T principles to inspections.
  • Utilize HighQA for ballooning, inspection planning, and reporting.
  • Use in-house software to track inspection schedules and tasks.
  • Support documentation of results, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and quality team on inspection strategies and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Required
  • A team mindset with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Required
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Required
  • Extensive experience with CNC machining processes and equipment. Preferred
