Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist for a reputable manufacturing partner in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will work closely with the Machine Shop Manager to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes in a production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on machining experience looking to grow in a team-oriented workplace.

✅ Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes in a production setting
  • Load CNC programs and adjust as needed
  • Install fixtures and tooling on machines
  • Review shop orders, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Operate multiple machines when required
  • Deburr, inspect, and verify finished parts for quality
  • Perform secondary assembly operations as needed
  • Log job activity and production data using computer systems
  • Conduct daily machine inspections and maintenance checks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
