Job Title: Production Associate

Work Hours: 1st shift, 2nd or 3rd shift (8-hour shifts)

Overview:
The Machine Operator is a skilled professional who focuses on the use of heavy machinery to complete the manufacturing process of turning raw materials into nonwoven products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all equipment efficiently and safely
  • Produce exceptional product that meets or exceeds specifications
  • Set up manufacturing equipment for daily production schedule
  • Propose improvements to the process or machines as needed
  • Understand the operating procedures for equipment
  • Maintain equipment and machinery to maximize production and minimize downtime
  • Training and overseeing other employees on machines
  • Reporting safety hazards on the line or facility Document and record production and quality information as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS ABILITIES
  • 2 Years previous experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Great communication skill and able to work and train all other positions on the line
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues
