Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators for a great opportunity with a growing manufacturing team. If you have strong mechanical skills, manufacturing experience, and enjoy working hands-on, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment
  • Set up machines and equipment for daily production
  • Monitor production to ensure products meet quality specifications
  • Troubleshoot equipment and identify potential mechanical or production issues
  • Perform basic equipment adjustments and help minimize downtime
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
