Machine Operator - Starting at $15+ Pay Rate DOE
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Operator for a school furniture manufacturing plant in Cameron, TX. This position involves operating CNC equipment to process wood components, with an emphasis on precision, safety, and efficiency in a high-temperature production environment.
Assembler Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, or mill wood components per job specifications.
  • Perform file transfers and load programs based on job tickets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure adherence to tolerances.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and work with three different types of wood core materials used in production.
  • Assist in quality control checks during and after production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Able to withstand 100-120°F temperatures for extended periods.

Shift: 5:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday - Hours will vary (Some Saturdays will be required depending on workload and department.)
Minimum Requirements:
  • 1+ year of CNC experience (wood or metal preferred).
  • General computer knowledge (file transfers, program loading).
  • Strong math skills (including tolerance calculations).
  • Ability to read blueprints, job tickets, and tape measures.
  • Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
