Floor Technician (Weekly Position)Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and job type)Location: Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas We're seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone skilled in specialty floor care who's looking for flexible, project-based work that typically takes place on weekends or during evening hours.

ResponsibilitiesPerform strip and wax, top scrub and recoat, and carpet cleaning servicesRun drivable floor machineOperate a variety of equipment, including buffers, burnishers, extractors, and auto scrubbersEnsure floors are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and appearanceFollow all safety protocols and properly maintain equipment and suppliesRequirementsMinimum 1 year of floor care experience (strip & wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)Ability to operate and maintain floor machines and related toolsReliable transportation to and from job sites in the Roanoke areaAvailability for as-needed evening and weekend workStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipCompensationHourly rate: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience and type of job)Weekly work (weekends/evenings primarily)Sub contracted workPlease submit your resume outlining your relevant floor care experience.
