We’re hiring a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in aerospace manufacturing. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in machining, with on-the-job training and supervision to learn how to operate NC machines and produce high-quality aerospace parts.
 
Our client is a leading aerospace manufacturer producing complex structural components for major OEMs in the business and regional jet markets. Their work includes aircraft wings, engine pylons, struts, wing boxes, wheel wells, and interior structures. The facility offers a safety-first environment focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Machine Operator Job Duties
  • Operate NC machines under supervision to produce aerospace parts
  • Monitor machine operations and identify basic issues or out-of-tolerance parts

Schedules Available:
  • Day Shift: Mon–Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm or 4:30am–3:00pm

  • Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun, 4:30am–5:00pm or 5:00pm–4:30am
 
Pay

Weekend Shift Premiums: Work fewer hours, get paid for a full 40
  • Weekend nights: work 33 hours, paid for 40
  • Weekend days: work 36 hours, paid for 40

  • 6+ months of machine operations experience or recent completion of certificate in machining
