A local concrete manufacturing company in Arlington, WA is hiring entry-level Machine Operators who are excited to learn and grow with a stable, long-standing team. No machine operating experience is required—just a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn!

This full-time role offers a temp-to-hire path at a company known for its reliability and long-standing reputation in the concrete industry. They produce essential products used in construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Operate and support machines used in the production of concrete molds and products
  • Use a wheel system to maneuver and position heavy materials onto machines for processing
  • Assist with material handling and machine setup to support production workflow
  • Monitor product quality and report any production issues
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
 
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Machine Operator Requirements:
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor is helpful but not required
