Job Description

The Hollow Cut Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hollow cutting equipment to produce precision tubes and components that meet strict quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate measurement skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting continuous improvement efforts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate hollow cutting machines and related equipment according to production requirements.
  • Operate machinery to cut, shape, and finish hollow tubes and components with high precision.
  • Select appropriate raw materials and ensure accurate measurements prior to processing.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Inspect parts during and after production to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Record production data accurately while adhering to established quality standards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
