About the Role

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) supports kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role operates commercial dishwashing equipment, maintains a clean and safe dish area, and supports overall sanitation and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Paid Time Off is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 26 hours worked.
