Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year Round

Location: A Line – Olds Station Plant

Working Shift: Night Shift

Hours & Work Days: 4:00 pm – 12:30 am, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

This position will require a pre-employment drug test.

Summary: This position will provide assistance in various positions.

Qualifications:

· Experience with reading pack schedules.

· Must be flexible with working schedule.

· Must also have good communication skills.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.

· Must also be able to understand running orders, fruit sizes, grades and variety.

· Must have the ability to read in English.

· Basic computer skills.

  • Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

  • Must be able stand 8 to 10 hours daily.

Duties:

  • Monitor the label and tray denester machines, keeping them constantly supplied

  • Clean and refill label cassettes

  • Operate an air hose to clean the tray denester machines

  • Supply packers and stampers with supplies

  • Empty cull boxes

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Occasionally supply box machine operator with boxes

· Ensure that packers always have the supplies needed to pack product.

· In charge of putting supplies away.

· Responsible for keeping the tape machines loaded at all times.

· Must communicate very well and be ready for size changes.

· Dusting and general cleaning to the machine is required.

· Other duties may be assigned.
