Schedule: Must being willing to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift. This is a Union Plant.
Pay: $21.58 to $33.20 / Hr

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed through production shift
  • Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available and ready to be used to produce
  • Visually inspect production run and document results. Confirming quality of product throughout production
  • Determine and report malfunctions to supervisor or manager to safety hazards and product defects
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area to maintain safety and performance standards
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or
  • equivalent degree/certificate required
  • Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required
  • Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Base pay range is $21.58 to $33.20 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus upto 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
