Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. In this role, you will operate stretch break equipment, a crucial component in the processing of carbon fiber threads. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to pull materials, set up machinery, and monitor its operation effectively.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage stretch break equipment for carbon fiber threads.
- Ensure precision and quality during the machine operation.
- Pull and prepare materials for machine setup.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot as needed.
- Engage in frequent physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, and twisting.
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing for at least 6 months.
- Proficiency in machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and patience.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Comfortable using various levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with forklifts and inspection processes.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
