Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. In this role, you will operate stretch break equipment, a crucial component in the processing of carbon fiber threads. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to pull materials, set up machinery, and monitor its operation effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage stretch break equipment for carbon fiber threads.
  • Ensure precision and quality during the machine operation.
  • Pull and prepare materials for machine setup.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Engage in frequent physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, and twisting.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing for at least 6 months.
  • Proficiency in machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and patience.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions.
  • Comfortable using various levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with forklifts and inspection processes.
