Job description

Job Responsbilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of precision hardware and metal components.
  • Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure equipment is running efficiently to meet production goals.
  • Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools to verify products meet specifications and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and production schedules to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow, productivity, and product quality.
Skills / Requirements:
  • Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices
