Shift Options:
1st: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm $17.33 per hour
2nd: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am $19.33 per hour
3rd: 11:30 pm - 8:00 am $20.33 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
What you can expect:
  • Operate, monitor, and package parts from assigned machines (Typically between 1- 4)
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Inspect, trim, and sort plastic parts using approved tools
  • Keep your workstation organized and clean
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate job status during shift changes
  • Assist in job setup, cleanup, and accurate production reporting
  • Use basic secondary equipment (e.g. sonic welders, assembly tools)

Requirements
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Willingness to learn and work independently, but as part of a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 4+ hours at a time
  • Comfortable working around large machines and using hand tools
  • Has basic reading and communication skills
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Good attendance and reliability
