Job description

Seasonal Direct Mail Processors needed for nights to operate light industrial machinery and perform light manual labor to process mail for shipment. No experience needed - training provided. Second Shift - Hours 3:30 pm to 2:00 am Monday through Thursday; plus occasional 8 hour shifts on Fridays from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm as needed. Regular pay rate is $16.00 per hour; Overtime rate is $24.00 per hour.Operate light industrial machinery which involves loading stacks of paper products weighing less than 4 lbs into machine and unloading stacks paper products weighing less than 4 lbs from machine.Review finished mail products by visual inspection and sort by hand in mail trays for final preparation for shipment.Lift and move boxes and mail trays short distances of less than 3 feet to stack onLift and move mail trays from a conveyor belt to stack on pallets regularly throughout duration of shift.Use hands and fingers to grip and gather stacks of paper products to load/unload machine.Stand for the duration of shift on comfort mat.Walk for long distances in a production environment to get to and from workstations.May perform miscellaneous tasks as needed, such as folding and stuffing paper into envelopes, sorting or stacking paper.Perform a variety of routine cleaning tasks to keep work area clean during shift.Use hands and fingers to grip and operate machinery.Walk on flat man-made surfaces (sidewalks, parking lots, warehouses, office buildings, etc.).Reach and pull objects up to 20 lbs regularly.Carry and lift objects up to 20 lbs regularly.Reach and pull objects up to 30 lbs occasionally.Carry and lift objects up 30 lbs occasionally.Reach and pull objects up to 40 lbs infrequently.Carry and lift objects up to 40 lbs infrequently.Kneel, stoop, bend and squat occasionally.May operate telephone, fax, computer, copier, printers, etc. to perform administrative work in office.We offer a casual, climate controlled work environment.Action Mailing & Printing Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug free workplace.Must be able to pass background check including drug screen
