Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Sheridan, MI. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations, helping us produce quality plastic products in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operating Plastic Injection Molding Machines: Ensuring smooth machine operation while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Maintaining a Steady Work Pace: Performing medium to fast-paced, repetitive tasks to support ongoing production needs.
  • Quality & Safety: Following all safety guidelines, company procedures, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
  • Material Handling: Lifting and moving materials weighing 5–25 lbs as needed.
  • Additionally, you may be asked to assist with additional production tasks to support the team during busy periods.
What We’re Looking ForQualifications:
  • Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts when required
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
