About the Role:
Red Lightning Field Service LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Shop Helper to join our team in Largo, FL! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn hands-on skills, and grow within a dynamic field service environment. Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians and senior staff with daily shop operations and tasks
  • Organize and maintain shop cleanliness, tools, and equipment
  • Load, unload, and stage parts, materials, and supplies as needed
  • Support inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking materials
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of shop facilities and work areas
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures in a shop environment
  • Assist with prepping equipment and vehicles for field service jobs
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required — a willingness to learn and work hard is a must
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more)
