Description
Prime Health Services is looking for a visually driven Marketing Designer to help elevate the creative quality of our in-house marketing department. This role is ideal for someone with strong design instincts, a polished portfolio, and the ability to turn ideas, copy, and business goals into clean, professional, high-impact marketing materials.
You do not need healthcare or insurance industry experience. What matters most is strong visual judgment, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to design across multiple formats, including social media, web graphics, sales collateral, presentations, email graphics, conference materials, and brand templates.
What You'll Do
The Marketing Designer will own the visual execution of marketing assets across digital, print, social media, web, presentations, conferences, and internal brand materials. This position works closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create visually compelling materials that strengthen the Prime Health Services brand and improve audience engagement.
Essential Job Functions
  • Design marketing materials for digital, print, social, web, email, conferences, and presentations.
  • Create polished sales sheets, flyers, brochures, postcards, LinkedIn graphics, internal announcements, and event collateral.
  • Improve the visual quality and consistency of Prime Health Services' brand across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Turn rough ideas, copy, data, or direction into professional, visually compelling designs.
  • Help build and maintain design templates for recurring marketing needs.
  • Support conference and event marketing with signage, booth graphics, handouts, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve layout, hierarchy, typography, and overall creative execution.
  • Review existing creative and recommend improvements based on visual clarity, brand alignment, and audience impact.
  • Prepare files for print, digital, and web use.
  • Stay current on design trends, marketing visuals, and tools that can improve in-house creative output.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing, agency, in-house, or B2B environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, web graphics, and/or event materials.
  • Ability to take feedback, revise quickly, and improve work through multiple rounds.
  • Comfortable managing multiple design requests at once.
  • Healthcare, insurance, workers' comp, or B2B experience is a plus, but not required.
