Job description

Stefanini Group is looking for a Systems Administrator in CA.
The Technician will have knowledge and expertise of:
โ€ข Network infrastructure implementation & administration
o Responsible for developing and managing integration operations to build and deploy collaboration system, and maintenance of those collaboration tools used across National and Local networks.
โ€ข System Administrator with strong knowledge of Active Directory and Operating System including workstation configuration for Windows and Mac environments, as well as mobile platform.
o Provides hands-on expertise to integrate collaboration solutions into National and Local networks infrastructure, including modification to the existing device configuration and/or identifying new device configuration to test / implement for new emerging tools.
โ€ข Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for development, testing, implementing and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
โ€ข Utilizes latest techniques such as test-driven development and Agile best practices, as appropriate, to support applications and features.
โ€ข Good knowledge of cloud video conference platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams and latest collaboration technologies.
โ€ข Knowledge of the AV integration process and ability to collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts.
Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provides end-to-end support for solution integration, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions
โ€ข Collaborates with customers on integration service onboarding
โ€ข Supports integration service release management activities
โ€ข Triages incoming feature application enhancements and functionality regressions that may arise
โ€ข Creates schedules, scripts and development of new mappings and workflows
โ€ข Builds workflows covering source code development through go-live
โ€ข Develops, executes and documents unit test plans and supports customer testing
โ€ข Tests submitted software changes prior to staging
โ€ข Performs deployment to staging and production environments
โ€ข Collaborates with Application Developers, QA Engineers,
Experience/Education:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree
โ€ข Typically requires 3+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
โ€ข Works well with a team (locally and system) and who works independently with very minimal supervision (self-motivated to learn new technology)
โ€ข Strong "Think outside the Box" mentality and good influencing skills.
