Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 and endpoint management. The role involves ensuring the stability and efficiency of the organization's on-prem and cloud infrastructure systems, while utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize IT system investments.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining the requirements to ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the client's on-prem and cloud infrastructure systems that support core organizational functions.
• This is achieved by developing and seeing to the implementation of the methods to be utilized for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Infrastructure systems.
• Responsible for applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of 6 to 8 years of work; or 10 to 12 years of progressive information system experience with 8 - 10 years in an Infrastructure or System engineer or equivalent role.
• Expert level experience/knowledge with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly as it pertains to InTune and endpoint management.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with Active Directory & Azure AD.
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration.
• Capability to manage Mac systems and iOS mobile devices.
