Skilled Carpenter

 Westborough, MA | Full-Time |30-38/hr.


Build. Lead. Grow. -- With a Restoration Team That Values Craftsmanship

Are you an experienced carpenter who wants more than just another job site? Do you want to lead crews, run projects, and grow into a supervisory role? M.A. Restoration is looking for a Skilled Carpenter to take ownership of job sites, manage trades, and deliver quality work -- on time and on budget.

Based in Westborough, MA, we specialize in residential and commercial restoration, remodeling, and repairs. We're big enough to have steady work, but small enough that your skills and effort get noticed.


What You'll Do

  • Run day-to-day job site operations -- scheduling, field oversight, and trade coordination
  • Perform hands-on carpentry: framing, crown molding, door/window casing, baseboards, fixtures, and hardware
  • Rough frame walls, ceilings, and roofs
  • Repair or replace patios, decks, doors, cabinets, appliances
  • Handle necessary demolition to prep for repairs
  • Read plans and follow scopes of work accurately
  • Work with the Project Management team to solve problems and maintain schedules
  • Keep job sites safe and compliant (signage, OSHA basics)


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years carpentry experience remodeling required
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial building codes
  • Experience with detailed, complex projects
