Job description

Accepting Job Applications for Finish Carpenter or Carpenter Helper. Will train. Job will include 90-day trial period. Must be able to pass Drug Test, have Driver's License and Reliable Transportation. Background check is required and will be a factor in determining position. Past Job References are of benefit. Must be available for Saturdays/Overtime if needed. If application is considered, we will reach out to you for an interview. Job Description Includes: Jobs include but are not limited to -

  • Hardie board siding, metal siding, tongue and groove ceilings, flooring installation, etc. Most work includes Hardie Board Siding Installation of New Construction Homes.
  • Must be able to work at elevated heights, frequently lift materials weighing up to 50lbs and work in outside all-weather conditions

Limited paid holidays Include: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, 1 Week Paid Vacation a year

Pay Rate/Max Pay for Limited Experienced Carpenter Helper $16.50/Hr

Pay Rate/Max Pay for Qualified Experienced Carpenter and exceptional work performance: $18/Hr

Pay Rate/Max Pay for Experienced Lead Carpenter/Crew Leader: $20/Hr

Responsibilities for Lead Experienced Carpenter/Crew Leader:

  • Install, repair, and maintain interior and exterior finish carpentry components
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials according to project needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
