Title: MS Access (SQL & VB) Consultant

Work Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: SHORT-TERM Project (2-6 weeks)

Need GC and USC

Top Skills:

Expert with the last 2-3 versions of MS Access - Must understand the difference between the versions and be able to convert applications written in older versions to newer versions

Expert in Visual Basic for MS Access

Expert in SQL stored procedures (SQL Server 2008)

Candidate must be onsite, no remote work available. They have 5 Access based applications that are written in VB.

Access can be used for a simple database tool or you can use it as a full on application interface, that's what they've done in the past.

As such, we need an expert in Access and VB to do some minor work, we need to migrate them.

They will give them access to the environment so they have access to the systems they need and know where everything is, access to business users once changes are made.

They aren't rewriting code, just migrating the code.
