Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards for all Microsoft 365 services, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory mandates within a highly regulated financial services environment.
Collaborate extensively with senior product owners, enterprise architects, engineering leads, compliance, risk, and business unit leaders to understand strategic requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes for critical initiatives.
Drive the evaluation, pilot, and strategic adoption of new Microsoft 365 features, emerging technologies, and AI-powered capabilities (e.g., Copilot, Teams, Power Platform) to enhance productivity, collaboration, and user experience across the firm.
Oversee the operational, performance, and incident management processes for Microsoft 365 environments, serving as a primary executive escalation point for critical issues and ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis.

Basic Qualifications
12-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level IT, with at least 10 years specifically focused on Microsoft 365 platforms and services in a significant leadership capacity within a large, complex organization.
Proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and developing large, geographically dispersed technical teams, including managers and individual contributors.
Demonstrated ability to define, articulate, and execute complex technology strategies and
roadmaps for critical enterprise collaboration platforms.
Deep architectural and engineering understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, Purview, Windows 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as advanced security/compliance features.
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions within stringent security, governance, and regulatory frameworks, preferably in the financial services industry.
Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and strategic initiatives to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, capable of navigating highly complex technical, organizational, and business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
