The Cloud Engineer will maintain an efficient and cost-effective migration of data, applications, and other technologies from an on-premises platform to a cloud-based infrastructure. This job is to include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities: • Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. • Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues. • Conducting risk assessments • Identifying technical requirements • Managing project timelines • Identifying and recommending opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment • Working with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration • Providing post-migration support and addressing any issues that arise. • Documenting configurations, processes, and procedures. • Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts. • Implement security and compliance policies. • Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing. • Ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
