The Roleย 

Weโ€™reย looking for anย M365 Engineer with experience delivering Microsoft solutions from design through implementation.ย 

This role is a blend of pre-sales (20%) and post-sales (80%) consulting.ย Youโ€™llย lead projects end-to-end, including migrations, architecture, and documentation while working closely with clients to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Design, implement, and configure Microsoft 365 solutions (Commercial & GCC High)ย ย 

  • Lead migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, tenant-to-tenant)ย ย 

  • Develop technical documentation and architecture diagramsย ย 

  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teamsย ย 

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirementsย ย 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during project deliveryย ย 

  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesย ย 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholdersย 

Technical Qualificationsย 

  • Prior consulting experience delivering Microsoft solutions from design to implementation is strongly preferred.ย 

  • Knowledge and experience with core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.ย 

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High in support of regulated environmentsย specificallyย the Defense Industrial Base.ย 

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender Suite, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Defender for Identity.ย 

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune for Mobile and Windows Autopilot, app deployment, device lifecycle, configuration profiles.ย 

  • Knowledge and experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Endpoint management.ย 

  • Experience with Questย Onย Demand Migration tools and/or 3rd party migration solutions.ย 

Additional Qualificationsย 

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving Microsoft and IT technologiesย 

  • Ability to work independently and/or in a leadership capacity asย required, while consistently delivering a strong customer experienceย 

  • Proven experience owning client engagements end-to-end, including solution design, scoping, licensing, implementation, project management, communication, and documentationย 

  • Strong collaborative approach, with the ability to challenge ideas constructively, practice active listening, and assume positive intentย 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain clear, calm, and professional in all interactionsย 

Important:ย U.S. citizenship isย requiredย due to access requirements for Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and Defense Industrial Base environments.ย
