  • Support the growth of the boutique's client base through networking, outreach, referrals, and relationship-building.

  • Support white glove services, home consultations, installations, and bespoke client experiences.

ENSURE BOUTIQUE EXCELLENCE
  • Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
  • Support inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business.
  • Partner with corporate and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, design, hospitality, and developing people. They possess a strong business mindset, leadership capabilities, and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, luxury real estate, or another relationship-driven luxury service environment.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience required.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance while developing and motivating a team.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with experience cultivating long-term client loyalty.
  • Passion for luxury, design, interiors, hospitality, and elevated service experiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
