The Magic Scent | North Miami, FL (In-Office) | Full-Time

The Magic Scent, a leading luxury home fragrance brand, is hiring an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to build our creator and affiliate program from the ground up. This is a hands-on, ground-floor role for someone who wants ownership over a program from day one.

What you'll do:


Source, vet, and onboard influencers aligned with our brand

Manage gifting/seeding, briefing, and content coordination with creators

Stand up and manage our affiliate tracking platform

Design commission tiers and manage affiliate onboarding and payouts

Track and report on campaign and program performance


What we're looking for:


1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate/partner management, or creator relations (ecommerce or agency background)

Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, Refersion, Impact, or similar) a plus

Strong written communicator, comfortable pulling reports and tying activity to revenue

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Based in or able to relocate to the Miami area; this is an in-office role


  • Compensation: $52,000–$55,000 base, plus quarterly performance bonus tied to affiliate program revenue growth
