Position Title: Luxury Sales Manager
The Luxury Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of sales and enhancing customer experiences within the gallery. This position requires a leader who can align sales execution with gallery presentation while maintaining the high service standards expected in a luxury environment. The successful candidate will foster a client-focused atmosphere, support team performance, and drive overall business objectives. Adaptability and critical thinking are essential as the gallery seeks to establish its presence in a new market. The role involves a consultative sales approach, with an emphasis on building relationships and closing high-value transactions.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE
Luxury Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily sales operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Enhance customer experience through exceptional service and relationship management
  • Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Engage in proactive outreach to identify and cultivate new client relationships
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track sales activities and client interactions
  • Participate in client visits, installations, and trade shows as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain gallery presentation and operational standards

Luxury Sales Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with high-end clientele in a luxury sales environment
  • Proven success in selling to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with significant transaction values
  • Management experience with the ability to coach and develop sales staff
  • Strong proactive outreach experience with a focus on outbound sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a disciplined follow-up approach
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
  • Exceptional discretion and professionalism in client interactions
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as required
  • Ability to lift objects up to 25lbs
  • Experience overseeing gallery functions is preferred
  • Leadership experience within a luxury store setting is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
