Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Where Luxury Exceeds Expectations

At The Maimon Group, we specialize in luxury vacation rentals, curated travel experiences, and full-scale property and event management throughout Los Angeles. Our mission is to consistently deliver experiences that go beyond five-star service, with a portfolio of exclusive homes and estates in some of LA’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Our team operates with excellence, discretion, and hospitality in mind—whether managing homes, working with property owners, or enhancing the guest experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Property Manager plays a vital leadership role in delivering outstanding operational excellence across The Maimon Group’s luxury residential portfolio. This position manages property onboarding, preventive maintenance, and offboarding, focusing on maintaining high standards, safety compliance, and inspiring design readiness. The role is hybrid, requiring travel to homes throughout LA and remote work for scheduling, documentation, and communication. The Property Manager is not responsible for installing systems but must ensure inspections, SOP checklists, and standards are met across all teams. They serve as the primary contact and project manager for quality control, homeowner communication, vendor coordination, system compliance, and overseeing onboarding and preventive maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of homes: from onboarding and furnishing coordination to preventive maintenance inspections and offboarding transitions

  • Secure homeowner approvals for onboarding/offboarding-related costs and ensure alignment with the company budget and scope

  • Manage the transformation of homes into hospitality-level spaces, including design execution, staging, stocking, and amenity setup

  • Oversee quality control and brand compliance by executing checklists, KPIs, and documented walkthroughs

  • Partner with the Maintenance and Operations teams to track completion of safety installations and smart system activations (e.g., Lynx, Mint, Breezeway)

  • Conduct inspections, document conditions, and ensure homes are compliant with Maimon’s brand and safety standards

  • Coordinate vendors and service providers for repairs, installations, and specialty services, ensuring accountability and value

  • Maintain inventory oversight and collaborate with Supply and Housekeeping to ensure consistent stocking and presentation

  • Act as the lead liaison for property owners—providing clear updates, progress reports, and building long-term trust

  • Maintain accurate logs in CRM, Akia, Asana, and internal systems, and communicate status updates via Slack and Google Workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury property management, Design, hospitality operations, or STR management

  • Project management experience with vendor management, staging, invoicing, and quality assurance protocols.

  • Strong verbal and written communication; confident in homeowner, vendor, and internal team interactions

  • Proficiency with Breezeway, Lynx, Mint, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM (preferred)

  • Must hold a valid CA Driver’s License and have reliable transportation for field work

  • Available to work 6 days a week when needed, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods, including Beverly Hills, Malibu, Hollywood Hills, and Tarzana

  • Bonus: Background in hospitality design, staging, or smart home technology coordination

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience

Bonus

10% - 25% Performance-Based Bonuses (eligible after 90 days of employment)

Benefits

  • One Week Paid Vacation Time

  • Company Phone & Laptop

  • Company Car (eligible after 90 days of employment)

  • Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision) after a 90-day qualification period

  • 401(k) Program: 3% Match eligibility after 1 year of service employment

  • Opportunities to attend real estate and portfolio development events

  • Travel to industry conventions and approved professional development courses

  • Hybrid position with a mix of field visits and in-office flexibility
