Property Manager, Resident Services & Collections

Thrive Property Group

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 units while managing portfolio-wide delinquency and collections, and supporting resident communications. This role is key to improving occupancy, reducing delinquency, and ensuring consistent operations across properties.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage 2โ€“4 properties (~100 units) including leasing and daily operations
  • Own and drive delinquency and collections across the portfolio
  • Monitor receivables and coordinate with third-party collections (Hunter Warfield)
  • Ensure timely follow-up on past-due accounts and reduce delinquency rates
  • Provide resident communication and phone coverage (2 days/week)
  • Support occupancy goals by driving leasing performance

Qualifications:
  • Property management or collections experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with AppFolio or similar software is a plus

Compensation:
  • $45,000/year (estimated base salary)
