Hiring an Elite Automotive Sales Manager


We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Automotive Sales Manager with a proven history of success in a luxury automotive dealership. BMW and/or Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Automotive Sales Consultants.
  • Drive new and pre-owned luxury vehicle sales while maximizing gross profit.
  • Desk deals and assist sales consultants in closing high-value transactions.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor top sales talent.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and accountability.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
  • Oversee CRM processes, lead management, and customer follow-up.
  • Analyze inventory, market trends, and sales performance to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven culture focused on accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

Compensation: $200,000–$400,000+ annually, based on experience, leadership performance, and dealership results.
