We are a leader in automotive retail and customer service in the greater Sioux Falls area. We are looking for Quality Professionals to represent our dealership with dedication to our guests.

The Luxury Sales Professional needs to be able to follow instructions – we have a proven method for closing deals. You should also be able to easily relate to the quality of customers who shop for luxury vehicles

Sales Consultant Wage Range: $50k to $120k+ per year.

Luxury Sales Professional duties:

  • Promptly greet and assist customers on premises and on the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner;
  • Work effectively with customers to discover their needs and preferences, qualify their interest and intent in purchasing a vehicle, and assist them to find the vehicle that fits their needs;
  • Stay in contact with customers as vehicles become ready for delivery on a timely basis and in a manner that will ensure an excellent standard of customer service;
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate. This also requires a high standard for safeguarding customer information to prevent identity theft;
  • Curate potential leads from contacting new prospects and previous customers;
  • Actively learn and maintain knowledge on all product lines;
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
