What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting painters in preparing vehicles for refinishing
  • Cleaning vehicle surfaces to remove dirt, grease, and debris
  • Sanding panels to ensure smooth, even surfaces
  • Following prep specifications and quality standards for each vehicle
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Supporting the painting team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
  • Working Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 4 PM

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 2+ years of automotive paint preparation experience

Having 5+ years of painting experience in a body shop or collision repair center would be a plus!
