USAP-Indiana is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their physician-led partnership at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional anesthesia care within a 396-bed Level 2 trauma center. Compensation

  • Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $400,000
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
