US LBM is a leading national supplier of lumber and building materials, proudly supporting contractors, builders, and communities across the country. As we continue to grow in the Missouri market, we are actively building a strong talent pipeline for multiple distribution roles.

Positions We’re Hiring For

A variety of roles, including but not limited to:

  • CDL Drivers
  • Non‑CDL Delivery Drivers
  • Yard / Warehouse Associates
  • Striker/Stocker
  • Operations Associate

Placement will be based on experience, certifications, and business need.

What You’ll Do (Varies by Role)

Depending on your background and assignment, responsibilities may include:

  • Assist inventory control in counting and organizing warehouse materials.
  • Operate forklift with foot and hand controls.
  • Safely and efficiently operates a truck-mounted forklift to load, unload, and transport materials at job sites.
  • Loading, unloading, and organizing lumber and building materials
  • Responsible for deliveries to both active construction sites and completed build locations, city-based deliveries and inter-state travel may be required.
  • Performs thorough pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Provides exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, addressing client needs, representing the company positively during all interactions, and relaying messages received from customers while on job sites.

What We’re Looking For

  • For driving roles:
    • Valid Driver’s License required
    • Some positions may require a Class A or B CDL and clean driving record
    • Basic CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers for some roles
  • Prior experience in delivery, warehouse is a plus—but not required for all roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
