Job Title: Outside Sales Representative- Lubricants

Job Type: Full-time 40+ Hours

Work Hours: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Location: Elk River MN, 55330


Pay Scale:   $60,000-$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission 


Beaudry Oil & Propane is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative - Lubricants to grow and manage a defined territory. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and earning uncapped commission. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


  •  Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
  •  Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  •  Process orders
  •  Maintain communication with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with sales objectives
  •  Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  •  Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  •  Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
  •  Performing other work-related duties as assigned 
  •  Territory-based role with local travel required 


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)


  •  High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  •  2+ years of lubricant sales experience required 
  •  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Strong negotiation and closing skills
  •  Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  •  Demonstrated capacity to think "outside the box", communicate and motivate customers on the company's products.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & Word, CRMs.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This role involves a combination of office work and time spent in the field visiting customer locations. The employee may be required to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds. Exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial environments may occur.
