Regional Sales Manager - Lubricant Sales We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Lubricant Sales Team. This role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales within the oil & industrial lubricants sector.Note: This is a new position in the organization, created to support strategic growth in lubricant sales across the region

Reports to VP of Sales. What you will do: Develop and execute a sales and service strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as transportation, construction, energy, manufacturing, and agriculture Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and bulk buyers Hire, lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform pricing and sales strategies Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to leadership team Negotiate and close high-value contracts in alignment with company policies and margin targets Ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding bulk oil storage, transport, and sales
