What are LTWs?

LTW typically stands for 'Learning Through Work,' a term used in education and professional development to describe programs or experiences where individuals gain knowledge and skills by engaging in real work activities. LTWs are designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application, often through internships, apprenticeships, or job shadowing. These experiences help participants develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional skills in real-world environments. LTWs are valuable for both students and employers, as they enhance employability and help organizations develop future talent.
