The Influencer Marketing manager will oversee m.ph’s organic influencer gifting program and earned initiatives. They will also help support other earned initiatives including events, relationship building, UGC sourcing. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing and will excel in creating a well rounded gifting program while also having their finger on the pulse of which influencers are influencing beauty culture and how to engage with them. This role requires great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple gifting initiatives at a time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of m.ph’s influencer gifting and seeding strategy across evergreen and launch initiatives
  • Lead creator sourcing to build a highly engaged and diverse network of influencers, VIPs, makeup artists, and tastemakers aligned with the brand’s vision and target audience
  • Develop tailored outreach and targeting strategies for each product launch to maximize earned visibility and engagement
  • Manage and mentor influencer marketing support resources (Coordinators, Interns, etc.), ensuring all creator partnerships align with broader brand and marketing objectives
  • Build and maintain comprehensive influencer and PR lists with a strategic mix of new, emerging, and retained creators across key audience segments
  • Own end-to-end creator outreach, including communication, relationship management, gifting logistics, and inbox management
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations to oversee all mailer logistics, including list set-up, product allocation, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines to ensure a seamless and elevated brand experience
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, makeup artists, talent teams, and industry contacts to drive long-term community engagement and retention
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer and brand events, including creator attendance and onsite coordination
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing on the development of PR mailers and gifting experiences, including vendor management, creative direction, mood boards, and project timelines
  • Source and organize influencer-generated content to support organic social, paid media, and broader marketing initiatives
  • Ideate innovative influencer engagement opportunities beyond traditional gifting to increase earned media value (EMV) and deepen brand affinity
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer marketing performance metrics across all campaigns to measure success and optimize future strategies

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the Beauty or Fashion industry
  • Strong understanding of and passion for the beauty industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and represent the team with a high level of professionalism
  • Proven experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiations, and campaigns is preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred
  • Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Has a “no task too small” attitude.
