Responsibilities

The Pricing Manager for Trademark is responsible for the pricing strategy, execution across all service offerings, and truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation consolidation, both new business opportunities and ongoing customer management. This role leads the customer RFP lifecycle and the management of awarded business, working in close partnership with Sales, Carrier Procurement, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Executive Leadership to build competitive, profitable pricing that wins business and supports sustainable growth. As the company's pricing subject-matter expert, this role sets pricing best practices, strengthens and standardizes pricing processes, surfaces market and margin opportunities, and helps scale the pricing function as the business grows across all lines of service. Qualifications

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong command of freight pricing fundamentals, capacity dynamics, transportation markets, and brokerage operations.
  • Deep understanding of the temperature-controlled and ambient LTL sector.
  • Excellent analytical, financial-modeling, and problem-solving ability, with a talent for turning data into pricing decisions.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop team members to achieve organization objectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and comfort working across transportation technology platforms.
  • Self-directed operator who can build processes, improve systems, and work with a high degree of autonomy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years in transportation/logistics pricing, freight brokerage, carrier procurement, account management, or supply-chain analytics.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in leadership experience managing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing transportation RFPs and customer pricing strategies.
  • Experience pricing across multiple modes/service lines (LTL, truckload, managed transportation, and/or warehousing) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing automation and rating tools (e.g., DAT, Greenscreens, LTL rating engines, TMS/WMS platforms) preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3PL/4PL managed-services and warehousing cost structures preferred.
