Job Description LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Manager - Network & Telecommunications for Contract to Hire opportunity. The Manager of Network & Telecommunications is responsible for the availability, security and performance of our client's enterprise network and voice infrastructure.

This role ensures reliable connectivity supporting patient care, telehealth and revenue operations while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, End User Computing (EUC) and Clinical Systems teams. Day to Day Responsibilities: Network & Telecom Operations Own the availability and performance of enterprise networking leveraging Fortinet and VeloCloud (SDWAN) Ensure reliable connectivity for clinical systems, imaging, telehealth, and call center operations Lead incident response for network and telecom outages including root cause analysis and remediation Maintain network architecture standards, configuration documentation, and operational runbooks Voice & Communication Systems Manage Cisco-based enterprise telephony and VoIP platforms Ensure compliant emergency calling and E911 services across all locations Oversee call quality monitoring, capacity planning, and carrier/vendor SLAs Security, Compliance & Risk Partner with Cybersecurity to enforce network security controls Support HIPAA, audit requirements, and business continuity planning Leadership & Vendor Management Lead and develop network and telecom engineers and administrators Manage ISP, carrier, hardware, and managed service provider relationships Support budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiations, and cost optimization Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with enterprise network and telecom Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in technical leadership or people management Hands-on experience with Fortinet, VeloCloud, and Cisco voice technologies Experience supporting healthcare or other regulated environments preferred Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal) The base range for this contract position is $X65 - $75 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
