Bakery Retail Associate
Part Time
The DLM Bakeries feature wonderfully decadent desserts and traditional European breads all Made Right Here in the DLM Bakehouse. Our incredible teams work to deliver an exceptional shopping experience through expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service. As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason, Ohio, we are seeking enthusiastic, service-minded candidates to join our retail Bakery team part-time. If you love people and good food, join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.
What You’ll Do:
  • Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Package and label product with care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
  • A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
  • A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working.
  • Effective communication skills.
