Job description

Overnight CDL-A Driver - Local Routes
Steady Work | Strong Pay | Home After Every Shift
10 PM MONDAY NIGHT START
Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL-A/B drivers who want reliable, year-round work and don't mind getting their hands dirty. If you're looking for a stable overnight role with solid pay, overtime, and full benefits, this could be a great fit.
This is local overnight field service work operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. It's hands-on, physical work - but it's honest, essential, and recession-resistant. And yes... it pays well.
What You'll Do
  • Operate CDL-A/B tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
  • Perform overnight service work at customer facilities
  • Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
  • Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
  • Work outdoors or industrial environments
  • Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Overnight / night shift(required)
  • Local routes- no long-haul, no hotels
  • Overtime, weekends, and longer shifts available
  • Year-round work- no seasonal layoffs
What We're Looking For
  • Valid CDL-A/B license (Tanker endorsement required)
  • Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
  • Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
  • Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
  • Dependable, self-directed, and accountable
What You Get
  • Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Well-maintained, modern equipment
  • Local work- go home when your shift ends
  • A stable company doing essential work that doesn't slow down

Why Drivers Stay
At LES, our drivers value job security, consistency, and being treated with respect. You'll work hard - but you'll be paid fairly, supported by a team, and have dependable work you can count on.
Apply today if you're ready for steady overnight driving with real earning potential.
