Job description

BFAIR is currently seeking a full and part time and relief/per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)for our residential home in Adams. The Residential Support LPN is primarily responsible for providing various supports to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The LPN assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreational activities. The LPN provides medical treatment to individuals that are outside the realm of what a direct service worker may provide. The LPN works closely with individuals to help them to become as independent as possible and to meet their own personal goals.

Must be fully licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse and have at least two years' experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled. Ready access to an automobile and a valid driver's license also required. Pre-employment physical and TB testing are required for this position. During the course of employment, TB Testing will be required every two years.

LPN Bonus (5/1/19 โ€“ 7/1/19)

  • Full Time LPN staff would receive $500.00 30 days from date of hire, $500 after 120 days from date of hire and $500 after 270 days from date of hire for a total of $1,500.00.
  • Part Time LPN staff would receive $500.00 30 days from date of hire, $250.00 after 120 days from date of hire and $250.00 after 270 days date of hire for a total of $1,000.00.
