Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Henderson Nursing and Senior Living Center | North Carolina
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Positions Available

About the Role

Henderson Nursing and Senior Living Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide hands-on resident care while supporting the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered outcomes.

We are looking for a nurse who values teamwork, consistency, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and clinical leadership

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes or concerns to the RN

  • Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

  • Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

  • Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being

What We’re Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

  • Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills
