Nu Look Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality care to individuals in the comfort of their homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships with clients and families while providing attentive, individualized care in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities May Include:
  • Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
  • Monitoring and documenting client health status
  • Observing clients for changes in condition and reporting concerns appropriately
  • Following established plans of care and physician orders
  • Assisting with medication-related services as authorized
  • Providing treatments and other nursing services as assigned and permitted
  • Communicating with supervising nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educating and supporting clients and caregivers
  • Following infection-control, safety, and agency procedures
Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted North Carolina LPN license
  • Current CPR/AED certification
