Job description

Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitationis actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Schedule and Employment Type

  • PRN | Required to work at least 2 shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within scope of practice

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

  • Accurately document nursing care and observations

  • Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers

  • Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts
